Assistant Sheriff Ted Moody joined the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) in June 1983, following four years of active duty service with the United States Marine Corps. He earned his master's degree from the Naval Postgraduate School at Monterey, California, and is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Department of Psychology. Assistant Sheriff Moody has held numerous positions within the LVMPD during nearly 29 years of service, and currently serves as the Commander, Law Enforcement Operations Group, overseeing approximately 3,000 commissioned officers and civilian support personnel assigned to the agency's patrol and detention services divisions (the Clark County Detention Center).

As the Deputy Commissioner for Philadelphia PD in charge of Regional Operations Command South, Deputy Kevin Bethel oversees the South, Central and Southwest Divisions. Since completion of the Police Academy in 1986, his assignments have included positions with the Special Investigative Bureau, Narcotics Strike Force and Narcotics Field Unit, Narcotics Intelligence Investigative Unit and the Internal Affairs Division. He has also received specialized training from the U.S. Department of Justice, the FBI Academy, the DEA, and the Drug Unit Commanders Academy. Deputy Commissioner Bethel holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and is currently pursuing his Masters Degree in Public Safety at St. John's University. He is married and the father of three daughters.

Mark McClish is a 26 year veteran of federal law enforcement. He was a U.S. Secret Service Uniformed Division Officer for two years and a Deputy United States Marshal for 24 years. He taught interviewing techniques at the U.S. Marshals Service Training Academy from 1991-1999 where he developed the Statement Analysis techniques to determine if a person is being truthful or deceptive by analyzing the subject's language. In 2009, Mark retired from the U.S. Marshals Service and started Advanced Interviewing Concepts. Mark has appeared on ABC's 20/20 and has helped solve cases featured on Unsolved Mysteries. He is the author of the book I Know You Are Lying and the developer of the Statement Analyzer software.

Detective Bradley Nickell is a 19 year veteran police officer with the Las Vegas Metro PD where, for the past 12 years, he has served as a Detective in the Robbery/Homicide Bureau, Repeat Offender Program. Detectives in this unit specialize in identifying, locating and investigating career criminals who have been in prison multiple times. Detective Nickell was the lead investigator on a team that spent years tracking Las Vegas' most prolific burglar. He has authored several articles for COP Magazine and is co-authoring the true crime book Repeat Offender: The true story of how the biggest thief Las Vegas ever knew was brought down.

With more than 29 years of service in law enforcement, Captain Michael Zahr retired from Modesto PD in December 2009. From working his way through the ranks, he has built an impressive resume by serving in various command units and task forces. As a Sergeant, while assigned to the Economic Crimes unit, Mike was the on duty supervisor during the initial missing person case of Laci Peterson. He continued to supervise the Peterson case throughout its entirety. During his time as a Captain, Zahr served as the Operations/Patrol Division Commander and as the Investigative Services Division Commander. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, and he has earned more than 4,000 hours of California POST approved training. Zahr is currently the Senior Manager of Corporate Security Operations at E & J Gallo Winery in Modesto, California.

Detective Greg Bean is a nationally recognized forensic artist and a 25 year police veteran currently serving the city of Bellevue, Washington. Law enforcement agencies across the country frequently call on Detective Bean to gather visual information from victims and witnesses. His drawings have been credited with indentifying criminals that would otherwise go undetected, many of which have been high profile cases involving suspects posing great threat to the public. Assistant Chief Deputy Trent Touchstone has been serving in the US Marshals Service since he graduated from the University of North Texas. In his early years with the Service, he held several positions including Judicial Security Coordinator, Threat Coordinator, Special Response Team Supervisor, Fugitive Task Force Supervisor and Court Operations Supervisor. He was promoted to Supervisory Deputy Marshal responsible for Court and Judicial Operations in the Dallas Division in 2000, and two years later, he was transferred to the Enforcement Division. In March 2004, he received the Directors Award for Distinguished Service for his work in the establishment of the Dallas Fort Worth Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (DFW FAST) and the District Training Center located in Dallas. Touchstone has also served on the WIN/JDIS Committee which developed policies and procedures for deployment of new database systems for the United States Marshals Service. The committee received the Directors Group Award in April 2006. He was promoted to his current position in January 2008, and is currently responsible for the Northern District of Texas Fugitive Task Force which consists of 28 agencies and includes 65 Deputy Marshals and Task Force Officers.
Captain Perry Tarrant, Tucson PD

Captain Perry Tarrant has decades of tactical experience having directly participated in over 1,000 SWAT operations (operator, supervisor, and command), has been a canine handler, and has had aviation assignments. He has also been an instructor in these areas as well as logged hundreds of hours as an aviator. Captain Tarrant has risen through the ranks of his department having commanded the above areas as well as patrol, homeland security, EOD, and investigations. He has directed large scale local and national events. Additionally, he is a FEMA certified Incident Commander and IC instructor. Balancing tactical experiences is his investigative background. He currently commands a detective division for his department, and he has authored several white papers on investigating crime.
