• Parent, Guardian, close relative, or applicant must use or supervise users of LeadsOnline and/or LeadsOnlabs investigative services within a subscribing agency.
• Subscribing agencies are law enforcement agencies using LeadsOnline PowerPlus, TotalTrack, FastFind, Metal Theft Investigations System (MTIS) and LeadsOnlabs MethMonitor according to an agency agreement or under a state-sponsored contract.
• Applicant must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.8 of a 4.0 scale.
• Applicant must plan to enroll in college in the summer or fall 2012 term. Scholarship checks will be written directly to the college upon proof of enrollment.
• Completed applications must be postmarked no later than May 1, 2012.
• Applicants need not be planning to enter the law enforcement profession to be eligible.
• Prior winners are not eligible.
