Thursday, November 3, 2005 9:56 PM PST SAN MATEO — The San Mateo Police Department is seeking additional victims in a case it is building against an 18-year-old who may have robbed several North Central homes while the residents were sleeping, Lt. Tom Daughtry said Thursday. Detective Scott Miller arrested Jestine Quincy Brown in his San Mateo home Oct. 18. On Nov. 2, he was charged in San Mateo County Superior Court with four counts of residential burglary and two counts of possession of stolen property. The arrest culminated a 10-month investigation into a series of burglaries at homes in the North Central neighborhood dating back to January, police said. Brown allegedly pawned several stolen valuables at local pawn shops. He was initially identified from fingerprints sent to the State of California’s Automated Fingerprint Identification System, police said. The department requests that any victims who have not yet reported a burglary contact Miller at (650) 522-7662.
