LeadsOnline protects non–public personal information (NPPI) from unauthorized access and misuse.

In full compliance with Federal and State privacy laws, NPPI is used only for the purposes stated in the LeadsOnline Participation and Agency Agreements. NPPI is used only by authorized Law Enforcement Agencies for which LeadsOnline has been designated as an Agent to facilitate official criminal investigations and other purposes specifically authorized by law.

Except as described above, LeadsOnline does not sell or give NPPI to, nor permit the use by, any other party.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the proper use of the information we collect, we have appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in place to safeguard and secure the information.
