MASON – Deputies with the Mason County Sheriff's Department have made two arrests in connection with a home burglary.
Deputies said there was a home burglary April 30 where jewelry was stolen. The same home was burglarized five days later where more items were stolen including a DVD player, a camera and more jewelry.
Bethany Danielle Kauf, 26, and Ryan E. Kauf, 27, were arrested. The two were charged with felony grand larceny and taken to the Western Regional Jail. More charges are pending.
Deputies said they recovered some of the stolen items in a pawn shop in Pomeroy, Ohio. Using LeadsOnline.com, deputies were able to match the stolen jewelry to the jewelry found in the pawn shop.
